I have a 2012 Forest River Rockwood A122 Hard Side pop up camping trailer in excellent condition. Unit trailers at about the same height as a standard full sized truck bed (5') and can be popped up by one person in less than 1 minute. This unit includes a comfortable main bed with upgraded heated mattress, 4 person dinette that converts to second bed, super cold AC, cd stereo with outside speaker, microwave, furnace, water heater, three-burner stove, RV 3-way fridge. This unit also has a sink with 26 gallon fresh water tank, six gallon water heater, outside shower with hot water and popup enclosure and portable toilet. It also comes with built in gas BBQ and side table, Fantastic Fan (look it up), two 20lb propane tanks, four leveling jacks, outside lights and an RV battery. Will include [removed phone]w generator with wheel kit that powers the trailer all night with heater or ac running using only half a tank.
